We use Trados Groupshare 2017 in my department. I haven't been able for a while to export from the web interface of Groupshare server-based translation memories for maintenance purposes. The error is "An error occured while processing your request". When I try to import a server-based translation memory from the Trados interface, it doesn't work either. The error message is the "Response status code does not indicate success: 500 (internal server error).
How can we solve this?
