Having been an RWS vendor for many years now, I receive my translation and review projects via GroupShare notification mails. Until 2025, I used to click the "Open project in Studio" link, Trados Studio (2022) opened and the XLIFFS and all TMs, termbases, reference and instruction files were at hand.

However, at the end of last year I had to install a new computer and work with Trados Studio 2024 since then. Now the notification mails I receive still contain the link "Open project in Studio", but it does not work anymore. On clicking it, an empty browser tab opens containing nothing but the logs01 server address, but I am not able to open this address (e.g by using the Enter key).

I have the opportunity to download the projects if I open the server in an internet browser, but then I have the XLIFF files only without the accompanying instruction and reference files. The respective project manager always has to send me those files per mail or a download link. This is a very clumsy workaround, and it will be of no avail if I have to open and review a project in the evening when no project manager is available.

The problem persists with both browsers Edge and Google being set as default browsers. Until 2025, I worked with Edge, but I don't know if this is relevant at all.

Is it possible to make the "Open project in Studio" link work again? Do I (or does the project manager) have to activate, change or update a certain setting/option?
