Client field not publishing in Groupshare when using template

Hello,

We’ve noticed that when a project is created from Groupshare using a template, the Client field does not publish. However, when the project is published directly from Trados Studio (desktop version), the field publishes correctly.

I have created this template from a project with Trados studio desktop. I see the value in the project settings

This is what I see in the template. I don't see the guid for the client. Could this be why? or are we creating the template wrong?

Our groupshare version is 2020 SR2

Our trados studio desktop version is 2022 SR2 - 17.2.12.19268
