logged on to GroupShare, but cant connect to termbases, but I can see them

I have a problem connecting to termbases in GroupShare (I have 2 computers with the same licence, it works on one, but not on the other)

Im correctly logged on to the GroupShare server

I can see the GroupShare termbases - but I cant connect to them, and I get a message that the logon is invalid. Does anyone know how to solve that issue?
