Secured connection between Groupshare and MS SQL Server?

We are planning to enforce secure connection for our SQL Server and apply certificate as mentioned in MS KB:

  • Is it supported by Groupshare?
  • Are the any pitfalls or additional Groupshare setting?

I didn’t find specific information in the Groupshare installation guide.
