An error occurred when establishing a connection to the server - when viewing projects in Groupshare

We are experiencing an issue when we try to scroll down the project window in Groupshare via browser. It seems to work fine for some time, but after loading a few windows it displays an error: An error occurred when establishing a connection to the server. If I click Ok, it allows me to continue, but the error appears again if i try to load another batch of projects. What might be the issue here?

    Hi Martynas,

    It doesn't look as though we have a simple answer to this one. This could be happening due to a problematic project which requires checking the SQL database. It might also happen if the client encounters intermittent connection problems between SQL Server and GroupShare. If it's the latter problem then you should have the same issue in SDL Trados Studio as well?

    Either way it looks as though you need to get more investigation carried out, this will be best done through your support contract (hopefully as a GroupShare user you have one?).
