Check-in files in GroupShare// Confirmation statistics msg

Question

Hello, I am facing a regular issue when I need to check in a file into GroupShare, this is not systematic but I do often get an error msg (which I dont' have now) related to confirmation statistics. I tried several times to run a batch task >Word Count

Hi Evelyne, 
you need to perform both Word count and Translation count batch tasks. Than you should be able to check-in the files.

Hi all, 
 
We're fixing instances of this as and when we get reports, so best to raise through support making sure there are clear steps if possible, so we can fix. There seems to be various root causes for this happening.
