Hi there,
I have been using Group Share for a while now and have come to the point where I want to delete individual users. It seemed aesy: I go to the User Mgmt panel, Users tab, highlight the particular user and click on Delete User. But then the system gets into an endless loop producing one "the maximum number of licensed users has been reached" message after the other. The only thing I can do is close the browser window. Does anyone know this? I this a bug? What can I do to delete a user? Thanks for your help!
