Hi,
I am facing a problem with GroupShare: for a couple of days, I haven't been able to connect to GroupShare. This happened suddenly. One of the SDL people from the Paris office checked my account and everything seems ok (ID, password, they managed to connect from my account at their end, they made sure I use the "httpS" server which I do, etc.). They advised my to install Studio 2015 (I was on Studio 2014 when the problem occurred). It happens that I had just bought Studio 2015 but hadn't installed it yet.
I therefore installed Studio 2015 today, hoping it would solve the problem, but unfortunately it hasn't.
Would you have any idea of how I could fix this?
