The file looks like a standard .NET RESX file, so I’m wondering, why you don’t use the .NET parser. This will also solve the screen shot problem as it can render the .NET dialog natively.
As Element name I would insert “value”, the ID is “../@name” and meta data entry to import the comment is “../comment”.
You can embed screen shots into the project and link them to entries by inserting “[[Userfile:<filename.jpg>]]” into the comments. In addition you can link to external screen shots or website. Search for “hyperlinks” the online help.
