Problem with synchronization in Passolo

Hello, 
 I am new Passolo user and I have problems with synchronization. When I want to download updated file from FTP, I go to "Project" tab and press "Synchronize exports". I get this message: "Read bundle update files. Read from FTP Export Target. Warning - File not found". 
 What should I do so Passolo allows me to upload the files updated by other people from FTP?

Ok. 
 
 Have you previously exported the bundles with the Collaboration Edition so that Passolo uploaded them to the FTP? 
 Have you translators received the invitation mail from Passolo and downloaded the bundles with the free Translator Editions? 
 Have the translators synced their work with the free Translator Edition which uploaded their new translations to the FTP? 
 
 The answer to the last questions will be no, otherwise you won't see the message you reported. 
 Maybe you can log a support case and our support engineers will help you to check your setup.
