I am new Passolo user and I have problems with synchronization. When I want to download updated file from FTP, I go to "Project" tab and press "Synchronize exports". I get this message:
"Read bundle update files. Read from FTP Export Target. Warning - File not found".
What should I do so Passolo allows me to upload the files updated by other people from FTP?
What kind of license are you using, the Collaboration Edition or the free Translator Edition?
