whenever I try to connect to Memsource via the plugin using the memsource credentials I got from my client, I get the following error:

I have tried to replicate this issue and can only force the same error, if i try to add the same TM twice.
For example
Also if i select a different TM- I cant force the error.
Im wondering perhaps, when you go into the MemSource Plugin Settings, whether the TM field is blank- i.e. the TM is already selected, but not showing in the relevant field?)

This is the error you see in Studio?
I was able to reproduce this problem when I've open an old project where I had already added some credentials which in the meantime they expired (Even if in the provider I could see the blue tick with "Authorized".
Also from Fiddler I saw the response from Memsource is 403: Organization account expired.
Can you please check in Memosurce what type of account do you have and if is an active one? You'll need ultimate or above for the API calls to be enabled.
If your account is Ultimate, please remove the provider from the project, and reenter the credentials.
I just started to investigate this issue, can you please show me a screenshot of the plugin settings page and with the Plugin Translation Memory window?
Also can you please tell me the steps on how I can reproduce this problem?

I don't know what account it is as it is supplied by my client. Will check, if they can/want to tell me.

We have just released a new version which I have tested, and now works.

Thank you for the screenshots. The 403 response means the username or password is incorrect. Can you please try the username without "@addres"? Also please check your subscription plan to be ultimate or above
