Recently when I was trying to conduct my experiment, I tried to collect keystroke data with the plugin Qualitivity 3.1.5.0., which is the version for SDL Trados 2019 15.0.0.29074. Simultaneously, I opened Tobii Studio for collecting eye-tracking data.
But in the exported .xml files (keystrokes included) of Qualitivity, the line key is just filled with blanks, or haphazardly with some sporadic keys. Is there any possbility that this plugin conflicts with the keylogger built in Tobii Studio? However, when I turn off Tobii Studio, Qualitivity also just records sporadic keys sometimes.
I would like to add that the translation direction in my study is English to Chinese, and I've been tying with the default Microsoft IME. Still, is there any possibility that it is the language pair that matters?
Could anyone help with this issue or fix the bug in this plugin? I'd be very thankful since it's of really great importance for me. Thanks!
Below are two snapshots of an erroneous .xml file.
