The newest version of AI Professional 1.0.5.1 shows sometimes internal tags, e.g. here:
Maybe related to the square brackets (which I often use to mark terms I have to re-visit or to include notes for my editor) found in the already existing translation from the translation memory I use. In my AIP settings "Include target segment" is checked.
Here is another example, without square brackets, so seems to be caused by something different:

I'm guessing this is infact related to the content including brackets, I hit the same issue with squiggly brackets { }, which I convert during the translation transaction. We'll know more if you can share the logs 'n setting etc...
