AI Professional - Studio crashes (eg. when opening a file for review)

Question

If I have activated the AI Professional plugin in Studio 2022, Studio crashes and is closed when opening files for review (even if AI Professional is NOT used as a resource in the project itself). 
 When I open projects with the integrated plugin and try to use AI Professional (display via view at the top of the bar), Studio also crashes/is closed directly. The error message below is displayed: 
 I have already deactivated, uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin. The problem remains.

 Thank you... we're looking at this now. In the meantime please can you completely reset this plugin and download and install the latest version through the integrated appstore. To do this please delete the following folders/files and then reinstall your plugin by using the integrated appstore in Trads Studio:

 %APPDATA%\Trados\Trados Studio\17\Plugins\Unpacked\ AI Professional

 If the problem remains, can you also confirm that what you are saying is this only occurs when in Review mode?

 ok - the second item makes me think this isn't a problem specific to the AI Professional plugin. I don't know what else you have installed but I think a reset may be helpful here. 
 Please delete the following folders and then reinstall your plugins after making sure you have the latest ones for your product by using the integrated appstore in Trados Studio: 
 %APPDATA%\Trados\Trados Studio\17\Plugins 
 %LOCALAPPDATA%\Trados\Trados Studio\17\Plugins 
 c:\ProgramData\Trados\Trados Studio\17\Plugins 
 Also, rename this folder: 
 c:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Trados Studio\Studio17\ 
 to c:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Trados Studio\Studio17_old\ 
 Then restart Trados Studio and see if that helped.
