I am happy to know that it is working at your computer. Here is working with another source languages so it seems to be a very peculiar issue. Let me note that there are several threads claiming this Deepl plugin is not working, several in the last weeks, and there is one with English as  source language too.

I have the plugin last version, and reinstalled it like three times. The only thing I did not is reinstalling Studio, something that one user said it did not resolve the issue.

Hope that can work for you too, adding a new variant on target TM and see if Deepl process it now.

your issue seems to be different, butgg when possible try to add a TM with another variant in target, like EN UK instead of EN US,

Remind to delete previously the Deepl plugin on the list of memories and when adding it again then Deepl will use both language combinations and pretranslate it.

With the SDL pack it worked fine here.
