Hi Cyriel Meille , Thanks for reporting this. We’ve identified a bug in the DeepL provider’s API key validation step triggered by changes DeepL enforced to their authorization method last week. This can cause the key to be flagged as “invalid” in the settings even though it’s actually valid (as you’ve seen from successful API calls / glossary access).

I've reported this internally and prioritized a fix. I’ll follow up here as soon as the update is available in production.

Are you kidding me? If I update to SR1, my Groupshare 2017 will stop working. So I either lose Groupshare for EUR 15k, or lose the ability to pre-translate files with DeepL. Either way, I lose the ability to effectively use Tradosa at my company. I cannot afford to buy the new 2020 GS.

Yup, this means EXACTLY that. Either upgrade Trados, despite it working just fine until a few days ago (so this is braking your Trados ON PURPOSE), or upgrade Groupshare to the newer version, which is even more expensive...

So we have to pay twice, for Deepl Pro and then for a new Trados, which we can only subscribe to yearly now from what I can understand!

Yup. Fun, right? :) memoQ is on a subscription, too, but it works differently. If your subscription expires, you are just left with still functional software, you just stop getting new updates and upgrades. But the CAT tool still works and can be re-downloaded at any time. Trados, however, stops working. Period. So you have to keep paying more and more, and when the newer version of Trados (which - by the way you HAVE TO USE in order to be able to use e.g. your already purchased old Groupshare) comes out, you now have to buy a Groupshare upgrade too. Because why not? EUR 15.000 is not a problem, right? I mean.. for corporations, it might not be. But for small businesses?
