I was working on a large file for translation, so I created the project in SDL. After I finished translating the file, I attempted to create an SDL package or return package, but the tabs were not active. Is there a solution?
The format file I have uploaded is Microsoft Word.

Have you been able to create packages in the past?
Typically the only times I have seen restrictions is your version of Studio does not allow for package creation or if you drag drop / translate single document vs create an actual project.
Creating packages does require a project type and not single document.
Can you show me what it says at project level
