If I could please get your help on the following:
ISSUE
- UNABLE TO SIGN IN INTO LANGUAGE CLOUD SERVICES
CONTEXT
- Successfully activated Trados Studio Professional 2022 Perpetual License
- Signed in with administrator account credentials - both email and password
- Unable to use language cloud services
- Error - Your RWS ID is not linked to any cloud account
- After accessing the language cloud login on the browser the following error shows:
- An account has already been linked to your organization. We recommend that you contact your account administrator for helping you with the user configuration. Alternatively, contact the support team
