[Cloud Sign In Issue] Trados Professional Perpetual License - Unable to Sign in to Language Cloud Services

Hope all is well. 
If I could please get your help on the following:

ISSUE

- UNABLE TO SIGN IN INTO LANGUAGE CLOUD SERVICES

CONTEXT

  • Successfully activated Trados Studio Professional 2022 Perpetual License
  • Signed in with administrator account credentials - both email and password
  • Unable to use language cloud services
  • Error - Your RWS ID is not linked to any cloud account 
  • After accessing the language cloud login on the browser the following error shows:
    • An account has already been linked to your organization. We recommend that you contact your account administrator for helping you with the user configuration. Alternatively, contact the support team
