Thank you for your post. Can you please put a screenshot of the error message?
Is the issue still happening?
What browser are you using? Is the browser up to date?
There might be some incompatibility between Online Trados Studio and the browser you have on your MacBook Air.
The Cloud capabilities of Trados Studio are working and are monitored constantly.
