I can't activate the Cloud-based TM in the project settings. According to the error message I have no sufficient authorizations. And I even can't login to the Cloud from my editor local environment. Is there any technical problem today?

If it happens again (assuming this was not a permission issue based on your access roles):
If yes, then nothing is wrong with your credentials or access rights
Issue may be local to Studio in which case remove the bin files found here: C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Trados Studio\Studio17
