When I try to sign in unto Cloud Sign In, I get a message that my subscription has expired. Please advise.

When I try to sign in unto Cloud Sign In, I get a message that my subscription has expired. Please advise.
I have a purchased 2022 Freelance Plus license.
Most likely, since you have a perpetual licence for Trados Studio (activation code and not a subscription) your access to the cloud capabilities which is provided free as long as you are using the latest version of Trados Studio, has indeed expired.
