I have reviewed your account and noted that you successfully upgraded from the 2019 version to the 2022 version. Please be aware that the 2019 version does not include the Cloud functionality; however, with the upgraded 2022 version, you should have access to the Cloud features. Could you please provide me with the steps you are taking to access the Cloud, as well as any error messages you may be encountering?
