You have 3 Trados 2022 Freelance Plus licenses under the same e-mail address. However, this does not mean you can also connect 3 devices to the cloud version (https://eu.cloud.trados.com/). There is only one access to the cloud version, but you can of course change the device, if needed. If you are the only one trying to use the cloud version, please remove all connected devices according to the instructions at this link https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039217  and then try again.

However, when I open the link you provided (https://gateway.rws.com/csm?articleName=000013519), I cannot clearly identify which exact instructions I should follow in order to remove the connected devices.

Could you please clarify or provide the direct steps (or screenshots) for removing the devices connected to my account?

Thank you for sending me the correct link.
The problem is that I cannot access the Trados Cloud dashboard at all, so I am unable to follow the instructions and remove the connected devices myself. My access is blocked.

If possible, could you please remove all connected devices on my behalf, so that I can log in again?
