Hi Elsa - I have tried both these suggestions and it is not working. Trados is up to date and I did the reset. But I get the same error messages as above. Are there any other fixes? Many thanks

Are you by any chance using Onedrive or any other network drive with your desktop version? If so, please turn the synchronization off. Hi Elsa - I do use Onedrive although the project I am trying to access in the Cloud is not saved in Onedrive, it is just saved locally on my laptop. In any case I have paused Onedrive and tried again but unfortunately it is the same error message.

Hi Elsa - I have tried the suggestions in the article - I have cleared out the cache completely and I have tried different browsers. The error message is the same. I don't believe this problem has anything to do with the qualify of my internet connection. I have tried this a few times now I am able to save a project to the Cloud. At first I am able to access the Trados Online Editor and make changes. Those changes then appear back in Trados Studio. The problem is when I try to go from Trados Studio to the Online editor a second time, I get the error message "Unexpected Error Loading content in server". So it only ever works once. I'd be grateful for further advice.
