UNABLE TO CREATE A CLOUD PROJECT IN TRADOS STUDIO 2024

Question

Hi! 
 I&rsquo;m currently using Trados Studio 2024 &ndash; version 18.1.2.6370, with an active 12-month subscription to Trados Studio Freelance. 
 I&rsquo;m experiencing an issue when attempting to create a new cloud project or save a local project to cloud. 
 When I try to initiate the project directly from Trados Studio, I receive the attached error message. I&rsquo;ve also tried creating a cloud project directly from the web browser, but the issue persists. 
 
 Your help would be deeply appreciated.
