Good morning, I recently upgraded from Trados Studio Freelance 2019 to Trados Studio Freelance 2024 mainly so I could work with Studio Team. However, I have never managed to do so because when my client assigns me a project, I see it in the 'Inbox' but then it does not appear in my Studio, even if I refresh the page. Furthermore, when I click on 'Open in Studio,' it's as if the button doesn't work; nothing opens. Can someone please help me?

If your client owns Trados Team, they should add you as a member and you should receive an invitation (see https://sdl.my.site.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000019805)
Did they do that?
