We had an older user that used our Trados Studio 2021 and MultiTerm, she (Susanne) has retiered for about 6 month ago, and now we have a new user that are going to use the system, but she can't login to the Translation Memory in Trados Studio - Then I looked at the server, and apparently I have been broken the GroupShare software, and now it wants a activation. But we are running it on a closed network, and therefor I need to reset the activation, can you help me with that?
I assume she can't login to the Translation Memory is bascause of this Groupshare that isn't activated.
