Just heard of this AutoHotkey Generator to easily create hotkeys & hotstrings.
Let's say you wish to create a hotkey with CTRL+SHIFT+F to excute a Send command. You can fill the options like this:
And you'll get the AutoHotkey script after clicking the SUBMIT button:
