Does anyone know whether it is possible to invoke a context menu item from AutoHotKey?
I can bring up the context menu on a highlighted word by invoking Shift+F10 (see image below), but is it possible to then invoke a menu item?
(this is for a menu item with no assignable keyboard shortcut)

You’ve come up with another solution. Anyway, just for the record:
To show the context menu:
SendInput {AppsKey}
sleep 100 ; some timer here before to proceeding
To run a menu option, just send the keystroke underlined:
SendInput p ; for example, to paste the content
