Removing AT statuses in OneGo

it deletes all the AT status in a sdlxliff file with OneGo

Firstly, close the document you want (do not needed to quit SDL Trados Studio)
run this code, and open it again.

it makes a BAK file just in case
tested quickly with very simple file

yes, that is a good one too.

some prefer to out_of_box style but others want customization and control..
that s why we have too many cars(CATs) out there..
