If you use UpLift in Studio it will "UpLift" your TM and extract subsegment matches that are added to your TM, but in a different table so not accessible through the normal Export feature. This is why users TM can double in size after running UpLift.

ah.. I have never used that functionality.

Thanks for your precious inforamation, again, I have never heard about that - I just have understood the reason why SDL's current TM is 3-5 times bigger than earlier.. that is because of "TM's health reason".
