Could you post please the full error stack- What were you doing exactly when this happened? What is the source file type? Any information you can provide would be useful. My first suspicion here would be that you may have merged segments across paragraphs - and at least one of the segments will have contained an image.

Hello Gerhard Windhuis Please take the original source file and create a new single file translation. Are you able to open the file and immediately save target as? If not then this will normally indicate the file itself is corrupt/incorrectly formed.
