Is it possible to copy the full text of an original segment?

Question

Is there a hotkey/plugin/other way that provides a possibility to select and copy the full text of a segment (I mean to copy all the text of the original segment, not the translation segment)?

You can copy the source to target easily. What do you mean with " all the text of the original segment, not the translation segment"? What is "original segment"?

 There is a way to do this, e.g. using AHK. You copy the target content into a variable, copy source to target, then select all and copy that into the clipboard, then restore the former content from the variable. Jesus Prieto published a short script in the AHK forum that does that.
