Was the project there?
Did the file opened correctly in the Editor?
Were the target segments empty?
The more information you gives the more changes we have to help you.

My guess is that the Studio project is still somewhere in your hard drive, so if you search for it in Windows Explorer, just double click to open it in Studio.
