connection to SDL Language Server failed

Question

Hello, 
 I have subscribed the Cloud SDL Automated as starter but it can't work. It continues give the message "connection to Language SDL failed" even if I have a proper connection with the site and bt the software. Someone could help me?

Do you have a Language Cloud subscription? 
 
In order to use Language Cloud MT in Trados Studio you need to have an SDL Account that contains your Trados license. 
Your Language Cloud account is linked to your SDL Account but needs you to activate manually the Free subscription.

Also you need to have Trados Studio 2014 at least the CU6 release. Language Cloud was introduced only starting with CU6 in Trados Studio 2014.
