Question

Hello, I &rsquo; m getting an error when importing an Excel file into Trados. I use the newest Studio 2017 SR1. I translate from Japanese to English. 
 The excel, an xlsx file, can be prepared but when I double click it to open it in File view, I get this error:

 I &rsquo; ve tried copying just the data I want to translate in a new, separate excel file and I still get the same error. 
 I &rsquo; ve also attached the error log.

Can we see the file, or maybe a small sample of the file that also creates the same error message? Can you also confirm if you are using the Biingual Excel filetype or the standard monolingual Excel filetype?
