Account to SDL Language Cloud blocked

Question

Hello, I have an account to SDL Language Cloud which is blocked and had to have been renewed Nov. 14 2017. Now it has some characters over and it does not renews itself. 
 Can anyone of you help me to solve this? Do I have to open a ticket or something?

Hello Jesus, 
 
All users that own a license for SDL Trados Studio 2015 or 2017 have access to the Free subscription of 400.000 characters/ 30 days. 
If you have used this free quota of characters you have to wait until the 30 days run out or buy a subscription from your Language Cloud Account.
