SDL Language Cloud Terminology (Beta) termbase: recognition pane permanently empty

Question

No matter what I try, I can't get recognition to work (at all) with any of my SDL Language Cloud Terminology (Beta) termbases. Is it broken?

Hi Michael, 
 
We have updated Language Cloud last week to introduce new functionality to the beta (including custom termbase definitions and search optimizations). We'll announce these changes shortly. 
 
Term recognition generally seems to be working (I just tried myself too). Do you think you could raise a support ticket through https://gateway.sdl.com/ so that our colleagues can check why it's not working for you?
