Language cloud not working

Hello! I've been using Trdos for years and this is a new problem for me : I was going along, using Language CLoud and all of a sudden, the field remains blank and is says "Aucune traduction à afficher". When I look at the error message, it says : Une erreur s'est produite durant l'utilisation du fournisseur de traduction SDL Language Cloud Machine Translation." I turned everything off, started again and this time it wouldn't even open the file saying the name was too long... I shortened the name, to no avail. Finally I had to copy and paste the text into a new document and rename it. Then Trados opened it, then when I tried to fill the fields with my previous translations, it went along fine, then stopped at one sentence and, even though I know that sentence is in the memory, it said "Aucune traduction à afficher". And now it won't open the document again, saying that the name is too long!  It that a problem with the provider? Anyone having that same problem?
