I cannot add an SDL Cloud MT service in a GroupShare project

Question

I work as a freelance and one agency provides me the GroupShare projects. 
 I want to test SDL Cloud MT services but, when I open the project settings of the GS project, I cannot add any of the services, they are all greyed out, I can only add a file based translation memory and/or use those provided by the agency. When I create a local project, I can add all the services. 
 Is there something I have to do to enable those services in a GS project, or is that all set up by the agency when they create the GS project?

When you are assigned a GS server project, the project manager will manage your access rights and what, if any additional resources can be added. 
Maybe its worth contacting your client to see if they will allow additional resources.
