'The translation provider required for this entry is not installed on this machine' after the last upgrade

Question

Hi everyone,
My SDL Language Cloud Machine Translation provider and Google MT provider both stopped working after the last update. I am using SDL 2017 freelance SR1 - 14.1.10014.38031.
When mouse hovering above both providers, I got tooltip message "The translation provider required for this entry is not installed on this machine".
I still have SDL 2014 on the same computer, and I tried it there, both providers are working perfectly well. So the problem is not in my PC, drivers, my provider accounts etc but it looks like the last upgrade braked something. And I know that I am not only one. Something should be done about.

This is just a visual bug. If you add Language Cloud MT and go through project Settings to make sure the correct engine is activated it should work.

Please note that if you receive a project with Language Cloud MT already added to it you will have to go to Project Settings - Settings to make sure you are logged in with your own Language Cloud account as the project will remember the user that created the project credentials.

Well, it seems it works now, but tooltip message is still there.
When a segment is found in a file-based translation memory, cloud MT provider will not return result and that confused me. I believe that before last upgrade it wasn't the case when a segment was in 'draft' status, but I am not sure anymore. Maybe this behavior could be optional.
