Hello everyone:

I have been working with adaptative engines for a couple of years, but it seems that SDL has changed their offer in this domain.

I applied for the basic plan with 500,000 words and 3 adaptative engines. I must be thick, but I cannot figure out to change from the basic engine to one of the 3 adaptative engines that I have in my plan.

I am sure it is simple, but I cannot figure out.

All of this was working just fine before, I had 3 engines and then suddenly it stopped working, I got the message of Death "your plan does not support adaptative engines, etc." for full disclosure, I was tired if paying about 80 €/month for the level of quality of the adaptative engines (even trained) and wanted to save on this expense. Now I have a cloud subscription at 10 euros or USD with 500,000 words and 3 adaptative engines (well DeepL and others are now offering interesting alternatives).

Any help would be greatly appreciated

The problem is the same with 2017 as with 2019
