SDL Language Cloud MT deactivated

Question

Hello, 
 I am wondering why I got a message telling me that SDL Language Cloud MT has been deactivated (see attached document). 
 This happens on a regular basis on Studio. 
 So far, after disconnecting then reconnecting on my session, this was enough for its reactivation, but not today&hellip;and when I open the help section, it takes me to the toolkit dashboard below, which is not convenient as I wish to take advantage of it directly into Studio.

Hello Marie Jacquet 
 It might be that your firewall is interfering with the connection. 
 Please could you perform the following steps: - enable port 443 on your computer - and add the following websites as exceptions in your firewall: lc-api.sdl.com languagecloud.sdl.com cxc-languagecloud.sdl.com
