Hi there folks,
it seems SDL changed their url to the dashboard, (changed to languagecloud.sdl.com/.../dashboard) and I can't see any longer any character count.
Are you also facing the same issue? How did you solve it?
I tried to submit a request, but the links on the support page keep sending me to the KB...

Hello Brandon Fung,
When you are logged into your SDL account
And then go to manage Account and then LC - the address I see is as follows-
The obscured data is your account number.
Then i can see the character count-
Maybe try refreshing the page. Are you still having issues?

Hi Steven,
after reading your reply I normally opened the dashboard again, exactly as I did over the past few days, and the character count magically appeared again!
Not sure if it's your magic or if it was an SDL issue, anyway it's now solved
