The reason you are possibly unable to log in, is if you have not updated to the latest CU4-

The version number should be as follows-

If you have updates available- you should see these in the notifications' pane-

Once updated- please restart your computer-

Open Studio and now try to add NMT

Thank you very much for getting back to me so quickly.

I followed your clear instructions and I think I get stuck on the same issue.

When it is time to click on SDL Language Cloud I now get this screen advertising the new beta version of the site, there is nothing else I can do. Or, if I go further and click on Software - SDL Language Cloud, I now get an error message.

Thanks for the updates- Indeed you are on the correct (Studio) version.

I think then in this case that your account has simply not yet been migrated to the new system, so its worth logging a support ticket with the LC team who can check what the problem is
