I installed the new plugin, added the SDL Language Cloud translation provider, and selected SDL Machine Translation in the SDL Language Cloud dialog. However, selecting a Generic – NMT translation model is not one of the options available. (Only Baseline and my own MT.) I use Studio 2019 SR2 15.2.4.1693 (language pair is EN>FR).
This may be something you need support to resolve for you. Use this link:

You have two options:
1. Submit a case using a webform
2. Use live chat to get a licence reset
You want to use the second option.
In the meantime try using this plugin... that may work for you as it avoids some of the problems we have seen that affect a few users:

Apologies... I didn't pay enough attention to the autocomplete I used to give you details for submitting the case. A licence reset isn't what you need here... it's the other option. I have just submitted the case on your behalf:
