Hi,
I would like to try the SDL Language Cloud with the free characters, as it was said in the NMT Webinar.
I can log into my SDL account from the Web, but it doesn’t work when I try from the software SDL Trados Studio. I have the 2017 version. Doens anybody know what to do? Thanks a lot!

Apologies for the late reply- you post has just been moved from a different forum into this one and therefore was missed.
The most likely reason you are unable to connect is that you are not running the latest versions of Studio/MultiTerm2017
Please update both applications (SDL Trados Studio 2017 SR1 - 14.1.10018.54792 and SDL MultiTerm 2017 SR1 - 14.2.8.55461.) and then try to log in.
