not able to use language cloud

Hello, 
 
 i have a problem when i use sdl trados i am not able to use language cloud. 
 when i try to sign in using the green sign in key in the top of the program it give an error (Package template with id 577380eaa.................112 not found. after that a new window appear and after 20 sec. my name appears but still the green sign in key appears at the top. i am trying to use the cloud to translate from turkish to arabic but unfortunately it is not working please help me.

 Could you please let us know which version of Studio you are using please 
 The most common problem associated with not being able to login is that you still have an older version installed-

Please ensure you have updated Studio (and MultiTerm) to the latest version
